Privacy Policy — Smack & Snack Rewards

Smack & Snack LLC ("we", "us") operates the Smack & Snack Rewards app (rewards.smackandsnack.com). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Phone number — used to sign you in (via a one-time SMS code) and to identify your Snack Coins account at our kiosks.
• Name and email — used to personalize the app and send receipts or offers you opt into.
• Birthday (optional) — used for birthday perks.
• Loyalty activity — purchases, coins earned and rewards redeemed, processed by Square (our point-of-sale and loyalty provider).

How your data is handled

• Login codes are delivered by Twilio; authentication and profiles are stored with Supabase; loyalty balances live in Square. Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy safeguards.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We use your data only to run the rewards program and communicate with you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your app account anytime in Profile → Delete account. This removes your app login and profile. Your Snack Coins remain attached to your phone number at our kiosks unless you also ask us to remove your loyalty account.
